IF YOU NOTICE SOMETHING ON YOUR ORDER NEEDS TO BE CHANGED, PLEASE CONTACT ME VIA EMAIL WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PURCHASE. I WILL DO MY BEST TO ACCOMMODATE THE CHANGE, HOWEVER, I CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY CHANGES ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.
CUSTOMERS WHO ARE CREATING A CUSTOM SIGNAGE PACKAGE MUST SUBMIT FINAL WORDING AND DETAILS BY NO LATER THAN THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT. ANY CHANGES MADE AFTER THIS DATE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $25 LATE FEE WHICH WILL BE ADDED ON TO FINAL CLIENT INVOICE.

IN MOST CASES, RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. EACH SIGN IS CUSTOM AND MADE BY HAND TO ORDER. BECAUSE OF THIS, CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES WOULD REQUIRE A NEW SIGN TO BE MADE. IF YOU FIND AND ISSUE WITH THE ORDER, OR IF THE SIGN IS NOT TO YOUR LIKING, PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO WORK TOGETHER TO FIND A SOLUTION.
CUSTOMERS WHO ARE CREATING A CUSTOM SIGNAGE PACKAGE MUST HAVE ALL SIGNAGE DETAILS SUBMITTED AND FINALIZED THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT. CANCELLATIONS PAST THIS POINT ARE NOT PERMITTED. PLEASE ENSURE ALL CHANGES ARE MADE PRIOR TO THIS DATE.

SIGNS MAY BE AT RISK OF DAMAGES SUCH AS SCRATCHING, SMUDGING, AND/OR FADING DUE TO WEATHER AND HUMAN ELEMENTS. TO AVOID DAMAGES BETWEEN DELIVERY AND EVENT DATE, EACH SIGN IS PACKAGED WITH CARE. A LAYER OF PROTECTIVE BUBBLE WRAP AND/OR PLASTIC FILM WILL BE PLACED ON EACH SIGN. PLEASE KEEP THE PLASTIC WRAPPING ON UNTIL THE EVENT DATE TO PREVENT DAMAGE. IF YOU RECEIVE THE SIGN DAMAGED, PLEASE CONTACT MAYkIT Memorable VIA EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER DISCOVERY ATTACHED WITH A PHOTO AND DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES. MAYkIT Memorable WILL WORK TO REPLACE THE SIGN, BUT IT IS NOT GUARANTEED TO BE REPLACED IN TIME FOR THE EVENT BECAUSE EACH SIGN IS MADE BY HAND, TO ORDER.
